Recently I was thinking about why some people can create products on

When I first started writing training material for a group of

What surprised me was when people started telling me my training
style was way outside the normal. One person described me as
“Andrew doesn’t think outside the box, he doesn’t
even believe a box exists to think outside of!” I took this
as a compliment.
Let me mention here that I’m not a big deal.
I’m just an average guy who is looking for
ways to be different from my competition.
I look at what they do and come up with my own style. I’m
not a techie kind of person, I don’t burry my nose in books,
I’m just an average guy who has a desire to be successful.
I’ve never been the kind of guy who people flock to. I work
at it just as you do.
But, the questions that keep coming up are:
How did I do it?
How do I see things others don’t see?
Wish I could tell you. I wish I could wrap that quality up in a
box and give it away. But the reality is, I don’t really
know what the answer to those questions are.
BUT, what I DO know is I have been told I can present ideas, thoughts,
and strategies in such a way, others can understand and utilize these
unconventional training visuals to progress their own business to new
heights.
It's not uncommon for me to go out for a while and come back with ideas
for turning everyday activities and thoughts into a training
lesson. Now, I’ll give you a taste of what I do so you can
understand it as well. The desired outcome is to give you

This process of unique understanding and looking at the world with a
different mindset is loosely described as “Inner
Game”. In other words, taking traditional thought process
and turning them into visuals that trigger a new creative-ish attitude
within. (Yes, I know, traditional “Inner Game”
goes a LOT deeper than that definition, but for now, we’ll leave
it at that, ok?)
The scary part is, most people don’t believe being different,
thinking differently and standing out from their competition will gain
them ground in business.
They think that doing the same thing and producing the
same type of products will get them more and more business.
Now, let’s make sure we understand, no one should reinvent the
wheel, so to speak. What works when it comes to products still
works. BUT, being different WITHIN the product is where the bank
accounts differ.
Look at it this way, ever have a school teacher who just didn’t
do it for you? You just couldn’t learn from that teacher,
no matter what? Then, you went to another teacher, who taught the
same subject, and it came easy for you? Was it the subject being
taught? Nope, it was the way that subject was delivered.
That’s the same thing I’m talking about. Take what
you already know and deliver it with a different mindset, a new twist
so to speak.
Not only will you create a brand new product for yourself and your
business, but you’ll create a product your competition
doesn’t have. Get it? Is this making sense?
Here’s the sad part, most people just won’t do it.
It's just like as if they had someone tell them to not do anything different. Keep being the same as everyone else.
I somewhat agree
with this, but if you’re not making money doing what you’ve
been doing up to now, why are you continuing to do the same thing over
and over?
The only way doing the same thing over and over and expecting different
results is a good thing to do is when you are fishing!
